Next was our colourful team of vehicles. The leading vehicle was a large flatbed truck carrying the Chinese drum music team composed of Elder Guru Vajra Chan Zhang and four Vajra gurus and sisters. The music combined Chinese dragon music characterized by dragon drumbeat as tempo and simultaneously featuring heavenly music and Chinese percussion music. The second colourful vehicle carried our young next generation future successors of Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism. Immediately following was the dragon team composed of vajra brothers. The post of dragon pearl vajra wielder was held by Senior Guru Vajra Long Sheng; the post of dragon head vajra wielder was held by vajra brother Vajra Chan Yao; and the post of dragon tail wielder was held by vajra sister Vajra Chan Ying. Led by the dragon, following next was the command vehicle of Holy Zhi-Ji Vimalakirti Ahdharma Buddha Patriarch Master, and a white colorfully decorated mini-van carrying local Buddhists and new devotees of Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism. The major television networks reported on the dragon team of Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism. When the major Hobart newspaper Mercury reported on the pageant, a colour photograph of Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism's golden dragon, full of vitality, was placed at a prominent position. |
