加 拿 大 的 保 護 兒 童 法 案 Child, Family and Community Service Act (http://www.qp.gov.bc.ca/statreg/stat/C/96046_01.htm) According to the Act, one must take the followings into consideration when one wishes to protect a child:-
* the importance of continuity in the child's care;
* the quality of the relationship the child has with a parent or other person and the effect of maintaining that relationship;
* the child's cultural, racial, linguistic and religious heritage;
* the child's views; Holy Master Wang brought Buddhaholy back to Australia with the assistance of the Act.
 Holy Master Wang brought the Australian national treasure, Buddhaholy, who was born in Hobart, back to Tasmania, after he was granted the Canadian Court's Order. |
