【第十五屆學術研討會特刊（一）】塔州總檢察長、司法、懲戒與改造、工作場所安全和消費者事務部長尊敬的伊利絲·阿徹爾議員賀信
首先，我向這片土地的傳統和原始所有者致敬，並向過去和現在的長者致敬。感謝 和澳大利亞塔州中國佛教學院再次邀請我在大會上做簡短的發言。
我要特別鳴謝尊敬的世界佛教青年僧伽協會和世界聯合佛教僧伽文化交流會秘書長、霍巴特市議員露易絲﹒布盧姆菲爾德。
今天上午很榮幸出席澳大利亞塔州中國佛教學院暨中國漢傳密學研究院第十五屆國際學術研討會開幕式。我一直以來支援塔州富有活力和充滿靈性的塔州佛教社團，在我們的小區中培養慈悲、智慧與和諧。澳大利亞塔州佛教學院不僅僅是由個體組成的團體，更是力量、韌性之來源，也是佛教原則之典範。
當今世界面臨諸多問題，我們必須齊心協力，以相互理解、慈悲智慧和正能量進行有意義的對話，為我們的城市、我們的國家、我們的民族乃至全世界造福。
我謹代表塔斯馬尼亞州政府，衷心感謝澳大利亞塔州中國佛教學院致力於與我們的政府以及全州的機構、小區和組織合作，繼續努力建設和平與繁榮，促進文化交流發展。
澳大利亞塔州中國佛教學院一直是推動跨宗教對話、理解與合作的先驅，增進世界相互尊重和包容的環境，而避免分裂和誤解。
最後，祝賀第十五屆國際學術研討會的召開，這將是一個重要的對話和理解之日。

Firstly, I would like to pay my address to the traditional and original owners of the land and also pay my respects to the elders past and present. Thank you Master Wang and the Tasmanian Chinese Buddhist Academy of Australia for inviting me to briefly address the conference again.
I would particularly like to acknowledge respected the Most Venerable secretary of World Buddhist Sangha Youth and World United Buddhist Cultural United Council, Alderman Louse Bloomfield from the city of Hobart.
It is an honour to be joining you this morning for the opening ceremony of the Chinese Buddhist Academy of Australia and Chinese Han Transmission Esotericism Academy』s 15th Academic Symposium. I have long supported Tasmania』s vibrant and spiritually enriching Tasmanian Buddhist community. Fostering compassion wisdom and harmony in our community. The Tasmanian Buddhist academy of Australia is more than a congregation of individuals. It is a source of strength, resilience and an embodiment of the principles of Buddhism.
At this time with the world contending with many diverse issues, we must all come together to engage in meaningful dialogues with mutual understanding, compassion and wisdom and positive energies for the benefit for our cities, our state, our nation and indeed the world.
On the behalf of the Tasmanian government, I warmly thank the Tasmanian Chinese Buddhist Academy of Australia for your commitment to work with our government and with institutions communities and organisations across the state in your continued effort to build peace and prosperity and promoting developments of cultural exchange.
The Tasmanian Buddhist Academy of Australia has been a pioneer in promoting interfaith dialogue. Understanding and collaboration that has furthered an environment of mutual respect and tolerance in the world that can be otherwise inflicted with division and misunderstanding.
In conclusion congratulations on this 15th Academic Symposium in a what would be a significant day of dialogue and understanding.
