to say a few words in welcoming Venerable Tenzin Palmo to Hobart.  I wish to thank all of you for being patient with me.

        According to the revelation by Holy Zhi Ji Vimalakirti Patriarch Master WANG Xin-De, Venerable Tenzin Palmo is very benevolent, compassionate and is very keen to train up successors.  Therefore, I am directed to represent Holy Zhi Ji Vimalakirti Patriarch Master WANG Xin-De and worldwide followers of Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism to welcome Venerable Tenzin Palmo and deliver a welcoming note.  I also take this opportunity to learn from all of you, my respectable teachers and highly virtuous ones.  I welcome criticism and correction from all of you.

        Ani-la's visit to Tasmania is our honour and is a great occasion of the Buddhist community.  As a member of the Buddhist community, I can feel the splendour.

        The spirit of Venerable Tenzin Palmo's in her Dharma practice is worth our respect.  It is an achievement in its own right.  I have read the book about her and that gave me some inspiration.

Vajra Chan Ying

        I am impressed by the dedication Ani-la gives to Buddhism.  She has worked so hard to preserve a lineage of Kagyupa and put so much effort in her nunnery project.

        The devotion of females in Buddhism, coupled with an increased participation in the West, makes me feel that Buddhism has become one of the religions pursued by the whole human race.

        Kagyupa, Nyingmapa, and Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism (Jin-Gang-Dhyana) traditions are very close.  We have great respect for females.  Females are Buddha mothers, sunyata goddesses, and the origin of life.  To us, females have the same standing as males.  Witnessing the achievement of Ani-la, we are even more excited.

        May I once again represent Holy Zhi Ji Vimalakirti Patriarch Master WANG Xin-De and our organizations to welcome Venerable Tenzin Palmo, wishing her achieve further in disseminating Buddhism, bringing Buddha Dharma to those needy sentient beings.

        Lastly, I wish to convey to Venerable Tenzin Palmo the invitation from Holy Zhi Ji Vimalakirti Patriarch Master WANG Xin-De, to come to Ci Bei Monastery, our Jin-Gang-Dhyana temple, to give guidance.  Although we are within our retreat period, we would still enthusiastically welcome Ani-la's kind visit.  We will feel great warmth from Venerable Tenzin Palmo's kind presence.
