For the past eight years, all those who have karmic links to Jin-Gang-Dhyana, including the common path seekers, the comrades, the common meditation practitioners, and countless well-learned people, all arrived at the International Jin-Gang-Dhyana Association located in Tasmania, Australia.

        Following the principle of teaching according to ability and never transmitting to anyone with the wrong capacity, Chinese Esoteric Jin-Gang-Dhyana has instituted the traditional teaching of the "five Refuges" and founded the "Jin-Gang-Dhyana Institute" in the secular world.   Thus, path seekers with different karmic capabilities can all benefit according to their innate abilities.

        Jin-Gang-Dhyana disciples span across the globe to every country.   There are always some Jin-Gang practitioners in esoteric groups, esoteric villages, or esoteric households who practise the esoteric path within their own "monasteries".

        The traditional "monasteries" of Jin-Gang-Dhyana are normal households, and the secular world itself is the place of practice and worship.   We practise according to the dharma, without seeking fame or fortune, to ensure that the flame of correct dharma can burn on forever.   When the karmic opportunity for the public arrives, then we can reveal to the world our accomplishments both within and outside the secular world.   This is an especially precious type of heart-of-complete-abandonment.   This is the great meritorious practice.   Esoteric practice and practice within the secular world are both the practice of the Universal Vehicle (Mahayana), the practice of the great path, and the practice of the great sacred-heart.

        Esoteric groups, esoteric villages, and esoteric households are the traditional structures; whereas Jin-Gang-Dhyana Institute is the modern analogy.   The International Jin-Gang-Dhyana Association has decided "to walk with two legs" in order to accommodate the different capacities of those sentient beings with the right karmic opportunities.   Thus, we can better transmit Jin-Gang-Dhyana to the world.

        If we were to classify Chinese Esoteric Buddhism according to the doctrine of Jin-Gang-Dhyana, which incorporate the Three Ultimates of Esoterically Esoteric Alaksana esoteric dharma, Chinese Esoteric Buddhism can be split into the three branches of Chinese Esoterically Esoteric Buddhism, Tibetan Esoterically Esoteric Buddhism, and Mongolian Esoterically Esoteric Buddhism.   Each branch has its own traditional transmission lineage and systematic teachings in Esoterically Esoteric Buddhism.

        Within the next five to ten years, in the Tasmanian state of Australia, in this peaceful land on earth's southern hemisphere, building from the current foundation, we shall establish large-scale Jin-Gang-Dhyana monasteries and large-scale Jin-Gang-Dhyana global meditation centres.
