To Hobart, Buddha's 2545 Holy Birthday appeared to be an ordinary Sunday.

          It was early winter, days of cool wind has already brought some chills.  According to scientific research data, ultraviolet rays from the sun directly strike the Tasmania Island because Tasmania, Australia, is situated near the South Pole, where the ozone layer has been depleted.  The sunshine here, regardless of the season, is more unrestrained and generates a roasting feeling.  However, that day's sunlight was extraordinarily gentle.  We cannot help but put this phenomenon down as the benevolent and compassionate bestowment as well as an arrangement of the Ancestral Buddha Sakyamuni.

          The Holy Birthday of the Great Sage Sakyamuni Buddha is on the eighth day of the fourth month on the lunar calendar.  Organizations - Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism, Jin-Gang-Dhyana Incorporated, Jin-Gang-Dhyana WANG Xin-De Foundation, Jin-Gang-Dhyana Institute, and Jin-Gang-Dhyana Publishing, wanting to provide the Hobart community at large to join in celebrating Buddha's 2545 Holy Birthday, specially held the celebration together with the Kai Guang Grand Ceremony for the Ci Bei Sheng Mi Tian Holy Statue one day earlier, on the seventh day of the fourth lunar month, that was Sunday 29th April, 2001.  We invited all walks of life of the Hobart community.
