【讀者來信選登】學法感悟（之二）

This disciple feels that in order to truly deliver the sufferings of the three paths, to pursue Bodhi from above, and deliver sentient beings below, one must be supported by the corresponding heart of kindness and compassion, and employ prajna wisdom. This not only includes secular and transcendental meditation practice; but also, having the foundation of skilfully delivering teachings according to root capacity, and grasping the opportunities of others. It also includes the dealings of various practical problems in the process of worldwide grand dissemination.

As declared by Patriarch Master in the written response to the questions raised by the journalists of ABC:

“……Your presence is not only a Yuan but a great Yuan. Great Yuan will undoubtedly be reciprocated. You have spared no effort in sending multiple communications, and graciously provided twenty-one questions. Your kindness is immeasurable! According to the oral teachings of my guiding teacher, Bhagavan Jing-Wu Vimalakirti, “sentient beings who have a great Yuan would possess a great heart. They would bestow great kindness, and great kindness must be reciprocated.” As a practitioner, I deeply remember this teaching. Based on the holy standpoint of our holy teachings, I express my heartfelt gratitude for your holy Yuan. While holy Yuan is external, spiritual merits are internal. Your actions (causes) and their consequences (effects) generate immeasurable spiritual merits……”

Saving and delivering sentient beings requires true cosmic profound spiritual wisdom and great cosmic love, rather than just engaging in disputes confined to the sixth level of consciousness.

Of course, if those sentient beings cannot comprehend such response, then adopting a method which is understandable to them is also a form of wisdom.

As Patriarch Master summarized at the opening of the Eye-dotting ceremony for the Christmas Pageant:

“For a better Australia, for a more peaceful Tasmania.......”

“What we are doing today is the pursuit we've upheld over the past thirty-four years, which is unwavering!”

This disciple understands that this is a summary of the worldwide dissemination of Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism; this is an effective response to those who defamed and harmed Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism as an organization and individuals; this is a declaration to the nation and society, and this is also an education and motivation for this disciple.

As for this disciple myself, disciple must earnestly learn from Patriarch Master, elder gurus, gurus, and practitioners; to lern how to elevate oneself, learn how to maintain gratitude, learn how to elevate one's heart of kindness and compassion, to elevate one's wisdom, to practice the Two Holy Prescriptions and Eight Holy Medicines, and to never forget the original aspiration, to never waver.
